toughest real-world tests at a few minutes before 9AM on 9/11/01. Even though our
primary connections, at that time, were routed through the World Trade Center
which was within sight of our office window directly across the
Hudson River, our clients' sites were offline
for less than 5 minutes. Our redundant backups systems at another
location came online flawlessly and automatically. Two days later, on 9/13, our servers were among

thousands that were attacked by someone in the Middle East. Thanks our robust security systems and backups, our
servers
were never offline and not a single byte of datum was lost. News
of of those attacks appear to have been suppressed by the US
Government for political reasons because, despite the size and
scope of the attack, no media have ever mentioned it.

have greatly increased our digital security and physical
protection. Our primary servers are now located in a fortress-like
data center far from
any major city. Our backup servers containing copies of your web site
are in another remote facility, thousands of miles away from the
primaries and far from any possible danger. For security reasons
we do not publish those locations but they are available, on
request, to established clients who an demonstrate a need to know.
